NOC - Network Operations Center
Our Network Operations Center is located in Westerville, Ohio, and our POP Facility is located in Downtown Columbus, Ohio in a secured, protected facility. Customers can get in touch with us from 7am to 6pm Eastern US, or by fax or email. Our goal is to respond to your inquiries quickly and responsibly. Our staff is experienced in all aspects of the web hosting process, and are available to help you get your site(s) up and running with little effort.

Uninterruptible Power System
Catnaz maintains a series of Web Servers in a power-friendly environment, and all are equipped with the latest in Uninterruptible Power System (UPS) components. These are further supported through the use of a diesel generator.

Custom Web Servers
We have built our own Web Servers with mass storage and bandwidth in mind and with a high degree of fault tolerance and reliability. You will find that your connection to hosted websites is quick and painless. We offer a number of different server-side applications for CATNAZ customers, including PHP, Perl, MySql, ASP, Microsoft SQL, Front Page, Etc. The Control Panel application gives you direct control over many parts of your website, email, and domain, and we encourage customers to make use of this application.

Our Connections
All of our servers are collocated on a Tier One Backbone that is fast and reliable. CATNAZ excels at maintaining strong reliability and maximum uptime.

Network Reliability & Reporting
Our Network Operations staff monitors the uptime of our Web Servers 24 hours a day, and we typically have very little downtime.  We have staff available to respond to problems around the clock, even on weekends.  Catnaz customers can reach the Network Operations staff by phone during business hours, or by email outside of business hours.

Server Backup
CATNAZ requires our customers to maintain and to backup their data on our servers. But CATNAZ does backup all of our Web Servers on a daily basis as a courtesy and secondary backup to your backups. Tapes are taken off site weekly for storage. On offer CATNAZ customers the ability to recover lost data from our backups for a nominal fee on a best effort basis.
