Sub-Lease our SBC ADSL ATM Network without any capital investment. This allows you to sell ADSL in SBC Territories (LATA 324) from Columbus, OH down to Portsmouth, OH. You would have your own SBC Software Interface (CPSOS) to do qualifications and place orders. You would bill you clients direct and own your clients. CATNAZ would bill you a fee for the ATM Sub-Leasing and SBC would bill you for each SBC ADSL Circuit ordered. All Virtual.
